AchievingSleep.com offers a variety of Targeted Sleep Solutions programs, because each person has unique life circumstances. What you experience each day can impact how you feel at night, so you may want to try different programs that meet your specific needs on a particular night.
When you listen to these programs regularly, your entire system begins to remember how to rest again — gently, naturally, and without force. Each time you listen, your body, mind, heart, and spirit are being guided into deeper states of rest and restoration.
Programs vary depending on content - program length is usually listed. Most programs are about 12-15 minutes long, and are designed to be listened to in bed on the way to sleep. The more advanced and in-depth programs tend to be longer.
Most programs do not require visualization unless they say in the description that they use "imagery". All of our Sleep Solutions programs are designed to disengage the mind, so mental visualzation is not necessary - in fact, it is not even necessary to listen attentively to what is being said. As long as you can barely hear the voice, your mind and body will hear what they need to hear. There are no hidden tracks, no binaural beats, and no subliminal messages.
We provide a visual transcription of each audio program, so you can read exactly what is being said. Of course, it is most effective to listen with your eyes closed on your way to sleep, but some people find it helpful the first time to read what is being said so the mind can fully relax to allow sleep the next time. (This visual transcription can also be helpful if English is your second language.)

No, headphones are not required. These programs are voice-only guided audios. They do not contain music, binaural beats, subliminals or any hidden tracks. You may choose to listen with headphones if you wish, especially if you are in a space with someone else – or you can listen to the programs together with others so they can also experience deeper sleep, even if they don’t have sleep issues.
